It's official folks, Britany and K-Fed have finilized the divorce. The judge signed the papers and now it's done. K-Fed is ready to look for his next babies mamma, and Britney is ready to stage her big comeback, not that you were every really gone Brtit! Isaac Cohen gave a world exclusive to News Of The World regarding his time spent with Britney Spears. According to Isaac: "By the time I met Britney she was burnt out. She knew she had been drinking and partying as a way to try to banish the bad stuff from her life. Far from the trashy drunk, I saw a very shy, sweet girl who was just desperately sad about what had happened with her marriage. According to Isaac Cohen, Britney has low self esteem and although she has a gorgeous body, she would ask "Am I Fat?" At times, the weight of a bitter divorce and fear of losing the kids would get her so down in the dumps that she would not even check the mirror before she left the house. (That explains all those horrible shots at the convenience store!) He also added at the end: "I adore Britney and in a different place at a different time we might have stood a chance," said Isaac. "It was far too soon for her to get involved in a relationship with anyone. Hopefully this interview won't through Britney in the Abyss! I have faith that Britney Spears will get over these hardships and go on to the TOP!

It is a sad ending to the Anna Nicole Smith story. As reported by People Magazine Anna Nicole was found unresponsive, then rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital and declared dead at 2:49 pm on Thursday, February 8th, 2007. This is only five months after the death of her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas. He was found dead three days after the birth of her daughter Dannielynn Hope. It has been a tough year for this family and we send out our heartfelt condolences to the family.

Paris Hilton Files Lawsuit and Takes a Toke

As reported by www.thesuperficial.com, Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit against the owner ParisExposed.com for the use of her personal belongings for the site. "I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters' private personal belongings for commercial gain," Hilton said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the information could be used for identity theft or harassment. Its seems that Paris did not pay a storage facility bill and the owner auctioned off her goods for $2775 and it was later sold for $10 million to the sites creator. Not paying your bills catches up to everyone eventually. Here is a thought....pay what you owe! Poor Paris too much toking can make you a little scatter brained.

Kelly was helping Cameron with her paddling and quick pop ups to her feet. They have been seen at various Hale'iwa Town restaurants such as Hale'iwa Joe's and then off to Kelly's North Shore Pad. It was reported by Page Six that Cameron was a upset earlier this week at Justin and Jessica Biel. You go girl! Kelly Slater is way hotter than Justin Timberlake.

It is no surprise to anyone and I am sure everyone is breathing a sigh of relief to know that she is going to get the help she needs at Wonderland Center, a LA rehab facility. Clay Aiken "is being accused of booting a 15-year-old boy off of a concert line-up simply because he wasn't festive enough. " Young Joshua Willard won a contest to perform with the North Carolina Greensboro Symphony during Clay Aiken's Holiday Concert. Willard was not allowed to sing the song he had been practicing instead he and the others were allowed to do a 30 second group sing along. The CEO of the Greensboro Symphony stated that they were hired to play and that the youngsters were never promised to sing with Aiken. Willard was let down and says that he can not wait to try out for American Idol and then show the world what a down to earth idol is like.
