Young Joshua Willard won a contest to perform with the North Carolina Greensboro Symphony
during Clay Aiken's Holiday Concert. Willard was not allowed to sing the song he had been practicing instead he and the others were allowed to do a 30 second group sing along.

The CEO of the Greensboro Symphony stated that they were hired to play and that the youngsters were never promised to sing with Aiken.

Willard was let down and says that he can not wait to try out for American Idol and then show the world what a down to earth idol is like.
